What you can exchange
Any piece can be exchanged for anything else of the same value, within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order. This includes made to order pieces.
The piece should come back unworn and in its original condition, with the box.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91671 48776 or on Instagram, with your order number.
- We arrange a pickup from your address, at our cost.
- Where a courier pickup isn't available in your area, post it to us and we will cover the cost.
- Once it reaches us, we send out your replacement.
Shipping
We pay both ways. There is no charge to you for exchanging a piece.
How long it takes
If you are exchanging for something we hold in stock, it goes out as soon as your piece reaches us.
If you are exchanging for a made to order piece, it is crafted fresh in your size, so allow 15 to 25 working days from when we receive the return.
Wrong size?
This is the most common reason people write to us, and it is never a problem. Message us and we will sort it out.
