Refund policy

At Silver Attractions, we ensure every piece of jewellery meets our quality standards. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Only exchanges are available, subject to eligibility and approval.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and unworn

  • The product is returned in original condition with original packaging

  • A return/exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Store Credit

  • In case an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will provide store credit of the same value.

  • Store credit can be used on future purchases and will be shared via email.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available with an additional charge of ₹100 per order.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • No minimum order quantity is required.

  • You can place an order for a single product without restriction.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

How to Raise an Exchange Request

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the exchange process

Important Notes

  • Custom-made, engraved, or altered jewellery is not eligible for exchange

  • Products showing signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted

  • Silver jewellery may naturally oxidize over time; this is not considered a defect
